My Birth!

Well, everyone has to be born, don't they? What an experience!

First, Mom gets all excited when Gramma Dede and GreatGramma Joyce come down on July 1, smugly in tune to my inevitable arrival, slated for July 4.

They came, they waited, they left.

I sure fooled them!

Once we were sure of the day (I TOLD them July 11), Mom wakes up early and thinks to herself..."Ugh, my back hurts and I hafta go potty..." But no clue as to . . . "Oh YEAH, the baby is READY!!"

She wakes up dad, calls my Gramma, and off we go to the hospital.

The doctors and nurses thougth I'd get here real quick and mom had to go through all that stuff "naturally", but she was real brave and I came into the world at 11:07 a.m., weighing 7 lbs, 11 oz. Check it out: the date was 7/11. I'm goin' to Vegas!

I'm really clueless, here. July 17, 2000, all of 6 days old. But Mom REALLY loves me...

I'm actually 'alert' on Aug. 14, 2000.
One month/three days old.
I'm already a "Camera Hog".
